A. Simply call 419-824-0262 within 30 days from the  
     date of sale and get a Return Authorization Number 
     (RMA).

B. Return policies on monthly specials may differ.

C. For opened bottles, only one refund per product will be 
     given.  For example, if two opened bottles of Glacial Blue 
     and one Bonita are returned, a refund will be given 
     for one bottle of Glacial Blue and one bottle of Bonita.

D. A refund will be given for all unopened bottles if you call 
     the customer service department within 30 days from 
     the date of sale.
